By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Trendiostyle makes every effort to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately on the Platform. However, minor variations may occur due to differences in device display settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing changes. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. Trendiostyle reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
All prices listed on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may include applicable taxes or additional charges depending on the location and nature of the transaction.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders arising from pricing inaccuracies at its sole discretion. Customers agree to provide valid payment details when placing orders. Payment methods may include debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, or cash on delivery where available.
If a payment transaction fails or is declined by the payment gateway or financial institution, the order will not be confirmed.
When a customer places an order, an order confirmation will be sent through email, SMS, or app notification. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily indicate acceptance of the order.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.
Customers may cancel orders before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be subject to the return policy.
Trendiostyle strives to deliver products within the estimated delivery timelines mentioned on the Platform. However, delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers agree to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Trendiostyle shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Customers may request returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy available on the Platform. Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Certain items such as innerwear, personalized products, hygiene-related products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or through store credits depending on the circumstances.
Customers agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in activities that violate applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to providing false information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, interfering with the operation of the Platform, attempting unauthorized access to systems, or posting harmful or misleading content.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities without prior notice.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, product images, software, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Trendiostyle or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Trendiostyle.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendiostyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or products purchased through the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, or external websites. Trendiostyle does not control these third-party services and shall not be responsible for their actions, policies, or content.
Customers using such services do so at their own risk and are encouraged to review their terms.
Trendiostyle reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
