Eligibility for Returns

Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices intact.

Trendiostyle reserves the right to decline return requests if the returned product does not meet these eligibility conditions. Any product returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Reasons for Return

Returns may be accepted under circumstances including but not limited to situations where the customer receives a defective product, a damaged product, an incorrect product, or a product that significantly differs from the description displayed on the platform. Customers may also request returns due to size or fit issues where exchange services are available.

In cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers are encouraged to report the issue promptly along with supporting evidence such as photographs of the product and packaging.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through the Trendiostyle platform or customer support channels within the specified return window. Once the request is received, Trendiostyle will review the request and may approve the return if it meets the applicable conditions.

Upon approval, the product may be collected through a scheduled pickup service or customers may be required to ship the product back to the designated return address depending on the location and courier availability.

Customers are required to ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Product Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection once received by the seller or designated return facility. The inspection process verifies the product condition, authenticity, and compliance with the return eligibility requirements.

If the returned product passes the inspection, the refund or exchange process will be initiated. If the returned product fails inspection due to misuse, damage, or missing components, the return request may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after successful inspection and approval of the returned product. The refund amount will typically include the product price and applicable taxes but may exclude certain delivery charges depending on the nature of the return.

Exchange Policy

In cases where the return is due to customer preference, applicable return shipping charges may apply.
